Roast pork, mash potatoes, mashed pumpkin and gravy - the best meal to have on a Sunday

 The best cheesy White Sauce ever.......

*2 tblsp plain flour------*2 tblspn butter

*3/4 cups of milk----------*4 cups of grated tasty cheddar cheese

*salt and black cracked pepper to season

1/ Heat flour and butter over a medium heat until mix starts to 

bubble, remove from heat - 

2/ Add  milk and mix until flour and butter is blended in.

3/ Return to heat and continuously stir over medium heat until mix starts to thicken.

4/ Add all the cheese slowly.

5/ Add salt and pepper to taste

6/ continue to stir slowly with a whisk until sause is nice and creamy and cheesy.
